HOTEL INFORMATION

We thank You for choosing to spend your holidays at the Hotel La Bitta. We bid you the warmest welcome and wish you a serene and pleasant stay. Below you will find some important information about our hotel services. We would like to remind you that our staff is always at your disposal for any further information or special requirements.

CHECK IN

Guests have a 24 hour reception service at their disposal. They can also contact the front desk dialing number 9 from the room phone. Check-in is from 4.00 p.m. If they arrive earlier, we will do our best to make their waiting as short and comfortable as possible. We are also equipped with a checkroom for their luggage, so that they can start enjoying their day going to the beach or exploring the neighborhood.

AIR CONDITIONING

1) Going into the room, put the card in the appropriate card reader to turn electricity on and keep it inserted during all the permanence in the room;

2) The air conditioning is set from the reception and it works even when you are not in the room. When you are inside your room you can modify it (+/- 3 °C) in this way:

–  Put up or down the temperature with a light pressure on the switch figuring the arrow ( arrow up or arrow down)

–  Increase or decrease the fan power, with a pressure on the switch figuring the fan (fan speed between 1-3)

3)   To turn the fan off,  press on  the fan switch till arriving on OFF

We remind you that the wind ow should stay closed, if not the air conditioning will turn off automatically.

MATTRESSES

Sleeping well is essential for everyone’s psycho-physical well-being. This is why we have recently replaced our mattresses with new generation products, with seven differentiated support zones. If you prefer, you can also ask your housekeeper to add a “top” to your mattress, to make it softer.

SAFE

The safety box must be open. If not, contact the reception.

CODE CHANGE

1) Press the R button

2) Digit the new code (from 4 up to a maximum of 10 digit)

3) Press the button

When three short beeps are heard, the code is memorized

CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND ROOM CHECK

All the rooms are equipped with all comforts such as private bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator and safe. Each room is regularly checked by the staff, to make sure everything works properly to provide you with all the comfort you need during your stay. Any malfunctioning or breaking reported by guests or b y our internal staff will be promptly solved. In each room you will find a folder containing our services charter and the satisfaction questionnaire, which we have provided with a blank whe re you can give us suggestions or report any inefficiency that might have occurred during your stay.

WAKEUP CALL

For the wake-up call please ask the reception.

CHECK OUT

Check-out is within 11.00 am. The Guests can use Hotel services till the departure time, leave the luggage in an appropriate room and eventually use the bathroom at disposal of the leaving guests, to have a shower before going. Our guests can choose to make the payment via bank card, credit card, cash or check as they prefer. The bill can also be paid the night before the departure (within 10:30 p.m.) in order to speed things up and avoid waiting.

Disponiamo di due sale ristorante

Il ristorante “Le Colonne”, in un’atmosfera intima e discreta dove i clienti che hanno prenotato il servizio di mezza pensione trova no ad attenderli un ricco buffet di antipasti per poi proseguire con piatti di una cucina creativa e internazionale, ma legata ai sapori della nostra terra.

Il Ristorante “Le Colonne” osserva i seguenti orari: PRIMA COLAZIONE: dalle ore 07.00 alle ore 10.00 (servita nel porticato fronte mare) Servizio in camera: € 10,00

Qualora abbiate necessità di anticipare l’orario della colazione, ad esempio il giorno della partenza, il nostro hotel si rende disponibile per potervi preparare dei sacchi breakfast. Sarà possibile prenotarli presso il ricevimento entro le ore 20.00 della sera precedente la partenza.

ORARIO CENA: dalle ore 19.30 alle ore 21.00. Il pasto compreso nella mezza pensione è la cena.

Il ristorante “Mare e Luna”, à  la Carte e su prenotazione. Con splendida vista sulla baia, coniuga i sapori straordinari della cucina sarda con piatti creativi, frutto di un’attenta scelta dei pro dotti locali. Il ristorante è aperto anche a pranzo nei mesi estivi. Il ristorante “Mare e Luna” osserva i seguenti orari: Servizi à la carte PRANZO: dalle ore 12.30 alle ore 14.00 (esclusi i mesi di luglio e agosto) – CENA: dalle ore 19.30 alle ore 22.00.

Per la prenotazione di sacchi Lunch potete sempre rivolgervi al ricevimento entro le ore 19:00 del giorno prima.

Nel caso di eventuali allergie o intolleranze alimentari, la nostra cucina sarà ben lieta di collaborare nel soddisfare particolari esigenze. Vi invitiamo a segnalarci eventuali necessità: ci renderemo disponibili per la preparazione di alimenti speciali.

BAR CENTRALE “LA BITTA”

Sulla terrazza con splendida vi sta sul mare… Vi attende un goloso e simpatico ristoro, dalle semplici insalate ai piatti più elaborati a base di pesce, le nostre originali “pantofole” dai mille gusti e i nostri gelati di produzione artigianale. Aperitivi e after dinner con musica dal vivo, e una vasta selezione di sigari. Nel periodo estivo l’apertura va d alle ore 09.00 alle ore 01.00. Pranzo allo snack Bar dalle ore 1 2.30 alle 15.00; piatti caldi dalle ore 12.30 alle 14.30.

 

LAUNDRY

On the backstairs outside, between the two wings of the hotel, you will find drying racks where you can hang your swimsuits and beach towels. There is also an outside laundry service at your disposal. You can give your clothes to the chambermaid or leave them in the room, putting them in the plastic bags you can find in the bathroom. Delivery within 48 hours. No service on Sunday.

NEWSPAPER

It is possible to receive the newspaper directly in the Hotel booking it  in the evening at the reception.

PARKING

The hotel has an outdoor car park, enlightened at night, with an adequate number of parking spaces where you can easily leave your car. It is also possible to park by the hotel.

POOL

The pool is guarded from 09:00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. and from 04.00 p.m. to 07.00 p.m. It is compulsory to have a shower before entering the pool. In respect of other guests and to avoid un pleasant situations, our beach staff is allowed to remove guests personal belongings or alike, in case of prolonged absence. Our lifeguard staff will be pleased t o help if you need further information

ROOM SERVICE

Breakfast or Bar Service € 10,00 (for each request) – Lunch or dinner € 15,00 (per person)

BEACH AND BEACH TOWELS

The beach is equipped with beach umbrellas, at least one per room, and two lounge chairs, so that you can comfortably relax by the sea. Please note that lounge chairs are not numbered, so you can use the available ones from the second line (first line on request and with extra charge of € 30,00 per day); we kindly ask you not to occupy them with your personal belongings during your prolonged absence. Please note that you cannot use the room towels at the beach and the pool.

Upon your arrival we will provide you with a free beach towel per person that can be replaced at the reception at the cost of € 2.50 per towel. During the stay this will be replaced once (free) from our personnel.

WI FI

The hotel is equipped with a free wireless network; Please contact the reception for your username and password.

PRICE LIST OUTSIDE LAUNDRY

see the price list of the external laundry; the clothes must be delivered in the appropriate white envelope at the Reception. It will be returned to you within 48 hourse.


We inform our guests that the white towels are for personal use only. For any other use (cleaning motorcycle components, shoes and the like), please contact the maids on the floors, who will provide adequate towels. The Management will also be forced to charge the corresponding amount, necessary for cleaning the same, to the room bill.

BIKE AND CANOE RENTAL

OASI RELAX

In un ambiente naturale di particolare bellezza, l’opportunità che offre questo luogo è unica: il piacere di rigenerarsi e lasciarsi alle spalle lo stress della quotidianità.

Su prenotazione potrete usufruire di un vasto numero di trattamenti benessere e di massaggi. È possibile prenotare i vostri trattamenti presso il ricevimento. Nel rispetto degli altri ospiti si prega di

–          Non fumare;

–          Evitare l’uso del telefono cellulare:

–          Osservare il silenzio o tenere toni bassi per non disturbare i momenti di relax degli ospiti;

Il noleggio degli accappatoi è ad uso gratuito (in caso di non restituzione degli stessi, verranno addebitati in camera € 50,00 per ciascun accappatoio). Per utilizzare il bagno di vapori vi preghiamo di rivolgervi al Ricevimento o al personale dell’Oasi.

Ricordiamo inoltre che non è consentito l’accesso al’Oasi ai minori di 14 anni.
